Xezo Unisex Architect Swiss Watch. Natural Black Mother-of-Pearl. 5ATM WR. Classic Vintage Style
SOLD-OUT MODEL. Last 2 watches offered. This individually numbered timepiece from Xezo’s Limited-Edition collection was inspired by architecture of ancient Acropolis in Greece and contemporary Art Deco influences. The design idea came from observations of the ruins of Erechtheum Temple (on the Acropolis in Greece) finished by 405 B.C. Its unique plan features three facades at different levels, and is famous for complex, exquisite details; most notably the loveliest Ionic capitals ancient Greece ever produced. This timepiece from the latest “Architect 2001” collection mirrors the temple’s classical beauty in many crucial ways. Each of the reverse columns on both sides of the case signifies one of the shrine’s façades. And the seven rectangular see-troughs–found on the top and bottom of the timepiece–resemble the moldings of the temple’s porch supported by ethereal sculpted figures. The master case is machined from a single block of 316L surgical grade stainless steel. The tank case is topped with scratch proof curved sapphire crystal glass and is water-resistant to 165 ft. The case houses premium quality Swiss-made ETA 902.002 caliber quartz movement with very long battery life. ETA 902.002 caliber quartz movements are known for their precision, flat design, long-term durability. The two-layer dial features black Mother-of-Pearl adorned with applied gold-tone roman and Arabic numerals. The inner dial is white Guilloche. The black mother-of-pearl colors range from dark gray to black with red, green or blue overtones.
